Need help in identifying if cooling period is applicable ?

Hi Gurus,
Below is my VISA history. Some of my friends are saying that I am applicable for 1 year mandatory cooling period after 5 years. But in soem posts says it can be extended. Please let me know if I am eligible to extend my VISA or mandatory cooling period is there.

Visa category : T2 ICT
Visa start date : 16-Jul-2009
Travel to UK : 20-Jul-2009
Travel back from UK to home country: 02-Jul-2011
Visa end date : 24 July 2011

Gap of 4 months. I got the new Cos from new UK employer by mid Oct the Visa application was done in Oct.

Visa category : T2 ICT
Visa start date : 01-Nov-2011
Travel to UK : 15 Nov-2011
Staying in UK since then and VISA valid till Nov 2016.

You will be subject to cool-off of 12 months once you complete 5 years on our current visa.
