A quick question to moderators please. I am unable to receive or send PM's. please could you let me know what is the reason for this?

Since you started off with discussing HMRC in your topic, your PM facility has been disabled by one of the moderators. As has been done for the other most active forum member in your topic.
It will remain so for the near future.

The board Administrator has now increased the required posts to 30 for all members, before the PM facility can be accessed.

This is still in place for the same reasons.
