ILR under new employer

Hi i am on tier 2 and my current leave expires in August and I would have completed my 5 years in tier 2 by the time. My job contracts expires at that point , I have new job offer which is not under shortage occupation but employer is ready to fulfill requirement for sponsorship . Can I apply for ILR under new employer
