Visitor visa form - please advise

Hi
I would like to sponsor my parents to uk .
The house where they are staying in on my parents name and business is on my mothers name which my elder brother runs . My brother and his family are staying with my parents . My mom file her business income tax return from business as well . She doesn't have a proof of money from coming to her account from business .
I do transfer £300 pounds to my parents account every month as well .i can provide my Indian statement for this transfer as well .
Please let me know what option should I choose in filling the application form
Self employed or supported by me ?
