Please help

Hi
I am on a Tier 1 entrepreneurs dependent visa . My wife (main applicant) donot fulfill the extension requirement for Tier 1 entrepreneur visa and our extension is near so can I be a main applicant if so what are the option to switch inside the Uk . We have a 6 month daughter who born in the Uk.

As a dependant visa holder, you cannot become a main applicant and switch to any other categories within the uk. Your best bet is that your wife switches to some other category like Tier 2 and you and your child apply as her dependants again under that route. If she fails to extend or switch, unfortunately you all have to leave the uk.
