Benefits query dependant ilr?

Hi gurus
I need some advice urgently please for my query, application due in the next few weeks.
Thank for the whole some info on this forum.

i am currently on ILR since july 2015 claiming ctc and CB , my wife is tier 2 dependant and we are planning to apply in feb 2016.
looking at the form under section 5 , do i mark yes or no? its asking are you receiving public funds, she is not i am so what should be the answer? confused?

5.5 Are you receiving any public funds? Yes No
The public funds which are relevant for the purposes of the Immigration Rules are listed below.
If you have answered yes to question 5.5, you must tick the relevant box(es) to show which of
these are being received.
Attendance Allowance Carer’s Allowance
Child Benefit Child Tax Credit
Council Tax Benefit Council Tax Reduction
Disability Living Allowance Housing Benefit
Housing or Homlessness
assistance
Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance
Income Support Income Related Employment and Support
Allowance

Personal Independence Payment Severe Disablement Allowance

You must complete all four of the boxes below if you are applying as a work permit


any help on this will be appreciated, many thanks in advance..

Child Benefit should be in YOUR name only.

Child tax credits MUST be in JOINT names with your spouse.

That's right CB is on my name and ctc on joint names
Query is do I mark yes or no , I think it should be no!
