This is an update. I would like to inform you that I have been granted permission at the oral hearing by the Tribunal to proceed in my case against the Respondent. The Judge flawed the two grounds argued by the Respondent in her defense and said I have complied with the rules. The stage is now set for the substantive hearing which will come up at a later date yet to be announced by the Tribunal. It is a cheering news.

this is sojib, i applied judicial review for my tier 2 and still waiting to response from Treasury Solicitor. its already been 21 days gone. any idea how long Treasury Solicitor will take to response. also can you please tell me your application time frame. can u please send me all the dates

like when u applied for visa? date
then u got refused? date
then when applied PAP? date
then when u applied JR? date
then when u got response from Treasury Solicitor? date
then when u got response from Treasury Solicitor for withdraw case from Tribunal and She is willing to consider extension of Leave, date
