Can I work under FLR

I am applying for flr fp to cover some time. i know i am not eligible and wont get the flr visa, my decison ...
i have a query wherther i can work full time whilst the application is being processed . my current leave is tier 4 and i have finished my course and i have a letter from university which says i am allowed to work fulltime till my leave expires.. any ideas???

Under 3c leave if you apply in time your previous visa conditions apply.
But be wary as the rules that apply to students are not as cut and dried as your university might imply. Once your course of study is completed you can work full time to your expiry date of your visa. After the expiry date it reverts to your maximum number of hours on your BRP
