Married to a US Citizen for nearly 10 years

Post by kankerot » Thu Mar 17, 2016 10:37 am

I have been married to a US citizen for nearly 10 years, have been working and living in the UK but we are thinking of moving to the USA to DC to be near her parents. I have 2 young kids and was wondering what would be the implications re for Work?

My wife and kids are american passport holders, I am a British citizen from birth. Is it better to apply via the consulate in London or go to the USA and apply there.

Would I have to find work first or get a Visa before applying?

With the way the UK is heading I just dont see it being a great place to bring up kids re education system will be privatised.
