I have 2 years experience as SoftareDeveloper and have a BatchelorDegree in ComputerScience(from an Indian university). Am I eligible for the skill assesment?

No, 4 years is minimum exp. required.

The biggest hurdle in immigration to Australia is ACS. They are very particular about quantity & quality of experience.

Immigration to Australia is much easier for professions other than IT.
