@ rsrameshsunil
Congrats for getting visa for your wife in just 7 days, have a happy life in U.K, I have submitted my wife's application on 28th of November and she got her biometrics done on 14th of December. Since then haven't got any word from them.
I believe that due to some reasons applicants from Bangladesh and India get their dependant's visa very straight forward and relatively quick than dependants from Pakistan. I am waiting and see how they are going to treat my wife's application. Following is the list of documents I have provided

Wife declaration
My sponsorship declaration
Her Criminal Record certificate
TB certificate
Tenancy Agreement
Photos
Marriage Invitation cards
Viber and Watsapp chat
5 months banks statement
Duly filled Form submitted on-line on 28th November
My BRP photo copy
My passport copy

Lets see how they treat My application being a Pakistani. Anyway I believed on Allah and hope the outcome best for us.

Hi,
Is it compulsory to send company Incorporation certificate and Accountant letter and House survey report with dependant visa application from Pakistan?
And would you confirm how much I need in my bank account for wife and 6 months old son for 3 months?

i m in uk on tier 1 entrepreneur and my wife is in india.
same your case
for tier 1 dependent visa could not found out the visa category as there is no category like tier 1 entrepreneur dependent its showing tier 1 entrepreneur partner under tier 1 entrepreneur under work category

other option is tier 1 general dependent .
