ILR - discretionary leave

Post by durbandrew1 » Tue May 03, 2016 12:46 pm

Good day,

I am applying for ILR and was given a verbal caution a few months ago, I recently received My enhanced DBS, the caution did not show. My predicament is: should I be fourth coming and declare the caution or not? It is not even in the Police NPC records..

Thanks

SET(O) -Section 6 - Immigration history

Post by durbandrew1 » Thu May 05, 2016 12:51 pm

Please help, in SET(O) forms -Section 6 - Immigration history

Q 6.1 - do I say the start date of my initial discretionary leave?

Q 6.2 - do I fill in all the times I have left the UK on holiday? Is that what they are referring to when they ask about being absent from the UK?

I am applying for ILR based on completing 6 years discretionary leave, do I need to do both the Life in the UK test and the English language test or one of the two?

Thank you very much for you help

1. Yes.
2. All "absences from UK" in the 6 years preceding the application.
