HSMP--ILR--Evidence of economic Activity

Hello,

I am applying for ILR under HSMP..I am probably the last person on HSMP..I applied for HSMP in June 2006..

In Form O, its mentioned that :

-If you are employed, document(s) showing your economic activity and your personal earnings during your stay in the UK.

-If you are self-employed, you should provide evidence of the progress of the business

I was both self employed and employed( Had permanent job and was a contractor, but NOT at the same time)..

Question :Do i need to show evidence of economic activity for LAST 5 years OR only for LAST 12 months?
