Good luck guys.
Congratulations Nadnuk. I assume your visa application was a straight forward one. Are you in capacity to tell other readers about your postal application? For e.g. do you met 35k threshold by just your employment (job) or by both Seld Employment and employment (job) or a business?

Many thanks in advance.

Hi, Its just Employment, met 35k threshold. I used to be self employed on my previous expensions, did amendments and got it updated before applying ILR.

Hi Nadnuk

Just quick one, did you submitted updated SA302 with you application or revised calculations , did HMRC amended your sa302?

Number is 0300123 2241
Option 3 and then press the option that it's outside the published time scales. I asked them tactfully tht I was ringing because I needed to check if my representative notified them for his address change etc and she said there has been some communication from him. And then I said just out if curiosity what month of applications they r dealing with she said January !

It was a tier 1 general route 5 years - set o application

I can't remember the exact date it had been around 13 weeks since application posted. So I wold say about the first few days in April.
I am planning to ring them Thursday again ; if I get successful in getting a response I will update . Good luck

My BRP Leave to remain visa is expiring in Augean 2016 and was issued just for 2 year and half I think . I have lost it and reported it to the homeoffice online and they Hav emailed me back saying I have to apply for replacement otherwise there may be a civil penaltie fine of 1 thousand pounds or the visa can get cancelled so I'm not sure what to do as I'm going to be applying for Visa extension in 2 months anyway is it worth applying for replacement now? They have given me 10 days to apply for replacement otherwise God knows what will happen it's stressing me out and solicitor is no help to me

Advice you apply for the replacement. If you dont get it, you may not get ILR. Just get it to make sure.

Hi Aditi & all of you,
I rang home office today & find out they dealing with march applications.
the guy who talked to me was quite nice & helpful he told me it's on case worker how he or she deal with individual application .
I heard quite noisy back ground while talking ...
now I am bit confuse about timing...I don't know how the whole process works...???
some people who applied around my time they got ilr & we are still waiting. Those who apply after me they got result as well....I am not sure how to deal with current time...I am keeping patience but after all we are human being cant take it everything easy.
if anybody have any update please let us know.

Hi

Thank you for the update ! This is really strange coz when I called them probably the same day as yours (I didn't had a very nice person this time unfortunately ) she said they are still dealing with January applications !!!! I am forced to think now that any update they r giving over the phone is random tooo !
I don't know if they ever understand the plight of us people and think everything is a joke to them !

Well I hope we all get a reply positive soon ! I know where you are coming from and I am in the same situation. I knw you sometimes loose hope but maybe that's the only thing we can do is to have patience.

Have trust and patience my friend hopefully soon this will be over for us

I have applied for ILR as a Tier 1 General migrant SET (O) - salaried full-time employment, single applicant (income on initial application and extensions was partly claimed from self-employment)

Application posted on 12th January
Received acknowledgement from the Home Office on 18th Jan
Biometric letter received on 16th Jan
Biometric given on 27th Jan

I am receiving monthly email updates from Home Office via email saying it's in process. This is an automated email comes on 15th of every month and my lawyer receives it. Apart from that there's no communication. I'm still waiting for my passport.

Hi,

My ILR through Ancestry timeline and problems(!):

Date on Application: 27/01/2016
Date Posted: 29/01/2016
Date Received: 01/02/2016
Date Payment: Around the 4th Feb
Biometrics Letter: Around the 15th Feb (Dated around the 12th)
Biometrics Done: Around 17th Feb
Email from HO saying still under consideration: 11/03/2016
Email from HO saying still under consideration: 11/04/2016
Documents Received: 26/04/2016 (Letter dated 24/04/2016)
BRP Card: Delivered to my home on 27/04/2016 however nightmare story below:

The Concierge at my apartment block signed for my BRP Permit, however accidentally returned it to sender 28/04/2016 via Royal Mail! I have been in contact with the delivery team to explain this, however am not getting a response from them to organise re-delivery (on their system it is marked as delivered as it was signed for by concierge, when it should have been me that signed for it). I'm not really sure what to do now, has anyone ever had a similar experience?
