ILR 5 Year on Tier 1 general Route - SET (O) section 6.1

Hi Experts,

Please clarify the question 6.1 on the SET(O) ILR application form.

6.1 When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based.

I first arrived in the UK on 17/09/2007
extended for PSW visa on 11/11/2008
Tier 1 general Granted on 27/03/2011

I went back home when I was on my PSW visa and returned to UK on 25/06/2010 before applying for the Tier 1 General. is this the date they are asking on the SET (O) application question 6.1?

Hello mate,

You must write the date when you were granted Tier 1 General visa on which this application is based. so date will be 27/03/2011.
