How long it takes to get appeals date??

Hello
we had ilr refusal on tire-2 then on 10 yrs but we got right to apeal so which we did ,last month money is taken fro our account yesterday now I need to know how long it will take to get date from court or judge ??
please advice me.

What was the reason for ILR long residence refusal?

Appeals at the moment are taking a long time. You could be in for a wait of quite a few months.

We completed 5yrs tire-2 so went for ilr sponsored by nhs low income.
10 yrs was one of the application not submitted within 28 days but fits in to second rule which says entered country within 6 months. on that base they gave us court apeal.
now just waiting we can'twork no money coming in , and expecting 2nd child is any chance I can hurry up this process fast ??
