Tier 1 General route to ILR

Please assist with this scenario

I got my Tier 1 General visa in Apr 2010. Entered UK in Oct 2010, then left the same in Oct 2010 for a job somewhere. I then re enter in July 2011 and have been in the UK since then apart from Holiday and Business trip. I've done 2 extension in the UK and the visa will expire 2017

I'm planning applying for ILR in June 2016 and the total absence is as follows:

Year 1 20.06.2016 to 21.06.2015 20 days Holiday
Year 2 20.06.2015 to 21.06.2014 60 days Business trip
Year 3 20.06.2014 to 21.06.2013 47 days Holiday & Business
Year 4 20.06.2013 to 21.06.2012 25 days Holiday
Year 5 20.06.2012 to 21.06.2011 26 days Holiday

Total of 178 days in 5 years continues stay but between First entry Oct 2010 and second entry July 2011 into the UK (the absence is more than 180 days)

My questions:

1. When did you the main applicate enter UK? This refer to the date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay of which this application is based

Oct 2010 or July 2011

My Opinion: July 2011 - Please correct me if I'm wrong

2. Do I need to worry or prove my absence in the UK between Oct 2010 and July 2011? Since 5 yrs cont stay will cover me up.

3. How long have you lived in the UK.
Do I need to consider from Oct 2010 to date (5 yrs 6 month) or from July 2011 to date (4 year 11 month)

4. Please provide the details of any period of absence of more than six months during that time
Do I need to enter/specify the period between Oct 2010 and July 2011. More than 180 days

Question 3 and 4 are related in the form

Do I need to calculate from July 2011 to date and enter (4yr 11) in question 3, then leave question 4 blank and enter the information on the cover note. Since they are more interested in 5 yrs cont stay from the date of application.

5. Year 3 absence that is up to 60 days in a year. Do I need to prove it or just write it in the cover note

Did you get answers to your questions? I presume many have gone through similar scenarios, and have similar questions. I am curious as I will have a similar scenario when I apply for ILR next year
