Question

Post by zaza7625 » Mon Feb 22, 2016 11:10 am

Hi all.
I have a question kind of this:
I received 2 fine notices about rubbish.
There is a rong surname but right name
on the first notice.( issued on me).
On the second notice there is right name and surname issued on my wife's name.
The fine is the same amount on both notices.
What happens if i do not pay a fine on wrong name?
Thanks

hi, if you are a non-eu national waiting on any visa decision or naturalisation or have any future plan to become irish citizen then i would say better contact the authority in charge, discuss the matter and pay if they ask you to do so, full stop.
Good-luck.
