Dependent Wife Visa From India

Hi Guys,

I am on entrepreneur tier 1 50K Route and applying my wife dependent visa from india.

Please advice what documents do we have to file and provide me the sponsor letter and cover letter format.

And one more thing does my wife need English test requirement?

If it's not mentioned in 319C nor elsewhere relevant, then there's no requirement for it.

Hi,

I submitted my wife's application in India and got her visa within 15 working days. Documents I submitted are as follows :

1. Online Application form
2. Photos.
3. Company's current appointment report
4. My visa and passport copy
5. Letter from landlord where I stay in UK.
6. Marriage certificate.
7. 3 months bank statement showing £650
8. Marriage invitation card.
9. TB test Certificate of my wife
10. Covering letter from my wife.

Thats all I had submitted. People also do submit survey report, house agreements, accountants letter or chats n all along with the application.
Also, I think a police clearance certificate is required now along with all the documents mentioned above which you can get easily from any Police station in India.

There is no IELTS requirement for the Tier 1 Ent Dependent Visa.
Your wife needs to write a covering letter stating that she wishes to join you in UK. In that letter just mention you date of marriage and the proofs that you are submitting (marriage certificate etc).

My question is : i am showing my salary on the accountant letter 25k plus business profit. Is it enough salary to show for my dependent visa?

I Want to apply for dependent visa for my Wife from India.My current status is Tier 1 enterprenur expiring on Nov-26/2016. I have some Question can some one help me out

1)Is their any criteria for apply for dependent visa like we should have minimum 6 months visa
2)Can we show indian NRI account (i.e joint account with my mother) for 3 month statement
3)Or can we show the Business Account for 3 moth statement
