Tier 1 Seed Funding Competition

Dear Members,

I am in a pickle to understand what exactly is seed funding competition by UKTI? We pitch our business plan to companies, then they transfer shares to us and with that we go an register in seed funding competition and get the endorsement by companies share backing?

If any one knows the procedure please kindly advise as will be of great help.
