business bank account closed-unable to open new one

Dear fellows,
We have a very big issue as our business partner make out business account closed due to unknown reason. we still owned that business after paying the share of our partner but we were not able to open a business bank account anymore. We just have a cash plus card bank account.
I have just wonder if we carry on business with cashplus business debit card account, could this will be acceptable by home office.

The rules demand the money be held in a UK bank account regulated by FCA or PRA. The real question is why your application is being declined for a business account ? Do you have a bad credit history ?

yes history get poor from good due to some ID theft when i was away from UK. Unfortunately this was my business partner not tier 1 partner who did it. he is no more my partner now in business . my business account also get closed just because of him.
