My investment was from second year onwards where as I took salary for all 3 years but investment in year where I took salary was in excess of 80K so yes you can say it was all paid back in one way or other[/quote]

Congratulations. Just one question.

If one takes a unsecured director loan for 50K from personal account to business account is it mandatory to spend all the 50 K from business account before extension ?
