Are you in salaried or non salaried employment?
Is it salaried employment with overtime in each month ?
Explain your contract so we could help you

You are under category A of salaried with overtime

Your basic pay rise will not count because you should have been paid this amount at least 6 months prior to application so they will consider lowest monthly Salary £1510

£1510 * 12 = £18,120 which is basic gross annual salary

Now you need to count overtime earned in last 6 months

£670+£720+£590+£350+£350+295=2975 divided by 6 and multiply with 12=£5950

Now you can add this amount to basic salary = £18120 + £5950= £24,070 which is your total annual gross pay including overtime

Problem solved as you are earning more than what is required :D
