Just married

Post by wastopcat » Mon Jun 20, 2016 7:49 am

Hi. I got married last week to a Filipino and we have an appointment with immigration official next month. She is on a visitors visa now c visa and we are looking for her to remain here. The visa says no extensions and when looking online its very confusing. Most sites say she will have to go back to her own country and we should apply from there then others say we have some right to stay as spouse of EU national.

The immigration official didn't clarify anything yet over the phone. Is there anything I should be aware of that will help our case.
