Can my family get an Irish passport?

Hello.
I`m Latvian with Latvian passport who living and working all time in Northern Ireland from 2004 August.
My wife is Bulgarian with Bulgarian passport who living and working all time in Northern Ireland from 2008 October.
We have child which born in Northern Ireland in 2013 and hold British passport.
My question is : Can we have any chance to apply for an Irish passport?

Casa surely the child could get irish passport. Cause the child was born to eu citizen who lived in Ireland for 4 years out of 5 before they were born. They can then apply for Irish due to residence and / or child dependance on parents.
