Contract related query

Hi All,

Please can anyone advise as in where can I find a sample contract (done between companies/Service providers/consultants) I would like to compare it with my current Contract to see if I meet all criteria before submitting the application for Extension.

I dont think we need to submit the business contracts to HO, I have applied 2 weeks ago and i have not submitted the contracts, i do have a contract but there is no option here to attach the file.
