Visiting US from UK

This enquiry is for my parent(Nationality-Indian) who have a UK visitor visa till Oct 16. Currently they are in UK. And they also have a US visitor visa for 10 year(valid till 2020) and have been to US earlier on 2014. My question is, whether they can travel from UK to US(with the current US visitor visa) for short trip in Aug 16(for 3 weeks) and travel back to UK?
