Tier 5 - how many times ?

I was hoping to pick your brains as I cant find the info anywhere.
How many times one can apply for Tier 5 visa? My sister had 2 so far, first one which she saw through.
Second one she has terminated after 5 month and she is in 60 days curtailment looking for new employer.

Her sponsor had approved the employer, can she work with the same COS with a new employer or does she need a new COS for the new employer?

Sounds like the individual is on a T5 GAE visa?
Has the Sponsor lost their licence or was she curtailed because she quit her job?

To take another job she would need a new COS whatever the answer is to the above.

That is the right Tier government exchange.
The sponsor hasnt lost the licence, the sponsor issued a COS - certificate of sponsorship for the employer in UK where she did the training.
With that licence and the employers documents she was issued the Tier 5.
Does that mean that with the same COS she can work for another employer as its the same sponsor?

how many Tier 5 can she receive as she hasnt consumated her second one yet?

As she has her visa curtailed she would need a new COS.
This can be issued by her existing sponsor if they are willing to accept her onto their scheme.
The maximum period of stay can not exceed 24 months.
