Tier 1 Entrepreneur dependant Child from India

Dear All,

I am applying for my son's visa from India.
He is 9 months old and born in UK.

Please advise if he needs Criminal Record Check from india.
Its a silly question but i want to be 100% sure and couldn't find anywhere about it.

It is indeed a silly question as you are not even bothered to read the Tier 1E guide:

From 1st September 2015, If you are applying for entry clearance as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) or as an adult dependant (over 18 years old) of the main applicant in this route you must provide an overseas criminal record certificate

Who expects a 9 months old to have a criminal record? It would be in the Guinness Book of Records.
