Bumper !! If you can report for how you waited or are waiting to get this !

Someone in the forum got it in 3 month

He said : i applied for Permanent Residence Card on 21/03/2016 via Solicitor and also applied for Naturalization on 26/04/2016.

today i received letter from INIS that my Permanent Residence card is approved - in less then 3 months.
in other forum some guys are waiting for it for over a year now no update.
they have huge backlog of applications my solicitor told me so dont expect any response till 3 months and now today i directly got approval letter.
.
Please more info

HI @one2three this just to collect some info regarding the waiting time on EU3 form approval for Permanent residency.

The comment above is about abother member of the forum who confirm he applied in march and got it yesterday.

When did you apply ?

Did they ask any further document ?

Cheers

While every effort is made to issue a decision on your application as soon as possible current processing times are approximately 10 months from date of receipt of application.

Acknowledgement of receipt of applications and the grant of temporary permission pending a decision on the application can take up to 12 weeks or more.
