i received notice of withdrawal from Uk first tier tribunal my uk eu family permit appeal has been withdrawn.

I wish that your situation resolves asap, i am sure you are aiming to apply after 5 year residence card now,

i think appeal was waste of another 80pound

Our wife,s UK EEA FAMILY PERMIT appeal has overturned and she received e-mail 2weeks ago from home office saying to confirm passport to Croydon,UK.
only thing is that she just found out that this e-mail today and it is 15 days already, on letter says we should submit our documents within 10 days receipt with that e mail.
if it is okay submit now?i have already e mailed them Home Office.

Just received my spouse,s UK EEA FAMILY PERMIT visa ,which has appealed.
appeal took nearly 6months in total,Paid 80 pound sterling to FIRST TIER TRIBUNAL UK which is non refundable even my case was won
I suggest to RE APPLY people whom their visa refused.
Re Applying is free for family member of EU citizen and also you can get decision much quicker and when you re apply second time you should provide extra document or stand out explanation why your visa should not be refused.
