Needed Suggestions Urgently

Mother have ILR her 1st Son is British Pasport holder(she got ILR and son's Pasport from her Xhusband) .
Her parents forced her for second marriage so she did that after 7 years she got pregnant son born in Pakistan now she wanted to go back to United Kingdom and wanted to apply visa for her 2nd son she last visited the UK when she was pregnant her second son is 1 yr old now what are the process to apply her son's visa (her husband dont wanted to go he is establishing his business he dont hav any visas also)

Unlikely she will get a visa for the child if the child's father is not also coming to the UK.

The plan to take a child to UK without father may face problems.
And how long has mom been out of UK?
