BRP Card not received

Card came first and within half an hour I received the email.

Yes, its latest date. I dint realise it before. Its of 18/7. More den month after they printed.

that's a harsh thing to do . I haven't received mine yet been 4 days. My mate however, who went on the same day as me for ILR but in a different centre, received his the second day following his appointment which makes me wonder if mine has been struck with same fate as yours....
I am praying i receive it by Monday and dated 19th on it ..

Its not possible to apply for a passport based on having ILR.
Only citizens may apply for the privilege of a passport.

The date on the BRP has nothing to do with applying for a passport. You appear to be confusing this with an application for British citizenship.

Hello all,

I was wondering if you could share your experience with BRP delivery.

Attended premium service in Cardiff on 20/7/2016 as I wanted to travel during the summer. However, it is 16/8/2016 and I have yet to receive my BRP.

I have already reported the issue online, which I got a reply from BRP OA Tech that there is currently a technical issue. It has been 8 working days since they said it and I have yet to receive my card.

Tried to call & email DX delivery throughout but there have not received anything for me yet.
