years work visa to NZ. can i bring thai girlfriend

i have a job in NZ work visa one year, company wants me to make residence visa but i will try 1 year for now. i am in uk.

my girlfriend wants to join me, we been together 3 years, we have a little evidence for 2014 from facebook messeges etc but not much.

will she have a chance to be included on my visa ?

NZ is not visafree for Thailanders so gf will need a visa.
