I applied Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa from UK on December 1st 2015. Till now i have not received any letter.

please let me know if any friends received biometrices,acknowledgement,fee deducted.

Please let me know the step by step procedure . i mean after submitting the application how home office will give visa after submitting the application.

when your application is received by them, they deduct the fees immediately and then send you a confirmation letter in the post. This will be followed by a biometric request letter shortly. It should take around 6-8 weeks in total under normal circumstances. Did they deduct any fees and send you the confirmation letter ?? If not you must make sure your documents are surly delivered to them and check with post. Also give HO a call immediately to confirm.

my solicitor has gave one post slip and told that application was sent.

with tracking number present in post slip . i verified in http://www.postoffice.co.uk.

in this it saying that post delivered.

i told right my application has submitted solicitor. he has given post slip. in that i have only tracking number of post office. i have not HO tracking number.

Its been frustating more then 13 weeks and no decision taken yet for initial application, not even a letter from HO which say it would take longer to process the application. Every time when I call them only one reply as the decision has not been taken yet so I need to wait.

Just wondering its only me in this kind of situation or they are other applicant like me in the same situation.

It's a success !!! Visa received for 30 days. Biometrics to be collected from UK within 30 days from a mentioned address which will show full visa duration details.
