Notice of pending appeal

Post by Sham11 » Tue Jul 19, 2016 6:26 pm

My application got refused, the ECO in Delhi refused it on the basis of me not having my English test certificate and secondly accused me of travelling on a fake passport. Very bizarre! I had the certificate in the file and no comment about the second reason (untrue).

Have received the notice of pending appeal on the 14th June it has been over 28 days still have not heard anything. Contacting the UKVI is a nightmare you don't get your enquiry answered. Have told them to pass my enquiry to the decision making centre but still this is not done.

Al I want to know how far as the ECO is with my appeal are they overturning the decision or going to leave it to the court in uk to make the decision.

The certificate Is there and the Police clearance certificate there...

Please can anyone tell me how long it can take ?

I'm thinking of getting MP involved if I don't hear anything from New Delhi

Absolutely New Delhi visa department is not supportive at all ....

The application should not have been refused in the first place unbelievable....

Thank you

It would help us advise you better if you tell us what your application was about (visit, dependent visa, if so, who was the sponsor - PBS visa holder, ILR holder, British citizen, EEA citizen, etc) , what evidence did you submit, etc.

Entry clearance entry for spouse. My wife is the
Sponser. She has contacted the MP so let's see
What the UKVI have to say.
On a number of times my wife has contacted
The UKVI to get the ECO or ECM email address
But it's been impossible to do that. The reply does not
Answer the questions.
Will keep you updated. Seems like just have to wait for now.

My wife and I had met all the legal requirements
And still the application was refused.
The ECO must have been having a bad day...
It's absolutely shocking...

Anyway, as my wife is a British citizen her voice
Will be heard there by the AIT I don't even
Get a decent respected response from New Delhi
UKVI.
