psw , unfortunately their systems take time . thisbis something normal as two different departmwnts are dealing with you applicationaand the variation request mau not havebeen sent to the relevamt department within two days. that is a standard letter that every flr applicant recieves.
my friend varied his and he was getting previous bio invitation after a week .. lol

Thank you very much brother. Much appreciated.
I was thinking they have put my case in cold storage..... but it is good to know it is standard letter for all FLR.

Hi Psw, Saj and other senior members

I have plan to vary my second flr fp application (applied with 28 days of first flr fp refusal) to SET LR at PEO Sheffield.

My question is
Do you guys suggest to use solicitor services or should I just apply at PEO by myself. I am really confused since I got one refusal already for my first flr fp.

Any valuable advice from any member would be really appreciated.
Many thanks

Hi Singh21,

I was confused about it as well to use solicitor even until 1 day before appointment but did not used in the end. Refusal of your FLR (FP) does not make you disqualify from ILR. Can you confirm when you will complete your 10 years?

Hi Psw
I don't have current leave as my second flr fp application is in process and I have not received my bio letter yet.

My Immi history
I first came to UK on 4th Sep 2006 (tier 4, psw, tier 2, FLR FP , everything was fine until 25 May 2016)
FLR FP refused on 25 May 2016 (short of 2 months 13 days)
Second FLR FP applied within 28 days on 21st June 2016
So far no bio received and 3weeks to go to vary application.

My second FLR FP is out of time application.

I do not see any problem in your case.

Hi pink
Hope you are good.
HO may have not released the dates yet. You can only book 2weeks in advance. So you should try to book on 16 Aug and I am sure you will get dates.

Good luck to you too bro.

Dear PSW2009 did you receive your passport after requesting or you send Mail to Request for your Passport to send to the PEO?

According to my experience it is not worth requesting to send passport to PEO. You can mention in the cover letter that passport is with HO and it depend on various factors if case worker can find your passport on appointment day but regardless it will take 2 weeks to get decision if it is just about passport.....
