Your case is hopeless.

Given the circumstances outlined you have nothing but removal from the UK to look forward to.

Illegal working, overstaying & almost certainly tax evasion all point to the very type of person the UK will not want to allow to stay. A UK spouse is meaningless in the context of remaining in the UK given your history and the barriers to marriage will prevent the marriage even happening in the first place.

The other secondary issues re Pakistan, UAE are no more than emotional nonsense and a poor attempt to justify non removal.

As soon as you make yourself aware to HO you will find yourself subject to removal action and possibly detention.

I never seen or ever heard that Dubai resident family even poor in Dubai ever think to overstay in uk. I have many poor friends in Dubai who say that being poor in Dubai better than uk illegal life.
