Tier 5 Visa Reapplication Limit?

Post by Lucas82 » Sun Oct 11, 2015 9:25 pm

Hello,
I am under the Tier 5 visa for the second time and it expires next year. Is it possible to apply again for the same visa with a different sponsor or would have to try and get a different visa?

Thanks in advance!

What category of tier 5? Creative and sporting?

If so there's no limit on how many you can have, but you can't keep on renewing in-country because these are not meant for permanent residence. So 24 months is the limit usually, but if you then spent some time out of the UK you could come back in on a new CoS (and visa).

My visa category is Charity Worker. And last time I went back to my country to renew it. And so for the next time.

Ah, sorry -that's not my area of expertise. Check the guidelines here

I read the document, it doesn't say anything specific about it. I am under the charity worker visa for the second time, but next year I intend to apply for the religious worker visa next year. Do you know anyone who could help me with that. I just need to know that specific piece of information.
Best regards!

Sorry, I deal in entertainment immigration. It looks like charity workers are 12-months max, with no extension. As usual the gov.uk website does not make that abundantly clear. The organisation you work for should know.

Hi Lucas,

Quick question,

have you been able to reapply for tier 5 religious worker visa?

Also when you applied for charity worker visa the 2nd time, was it with the same sponsor?

Hope to hear from you soon.
