5 years CAP update help needed by Moderator

Hello,

i am currently in Pakistan, i have been to UK from the period of 2008 to 2015.
the other day my brother went to the solicitor in London, and he was told that if i go back to UK my 5 years CAP will start again and my last CAP will not be counted.

may i know if that is true or not?

complete rubbish. get the solicitor to put the advice in writing and report him or her to the SRA.
