Default Pay Rise but no new contract Spouse Visa Application

Hi All

I have been given a pay rise but no new contract from my employer.

From the 6 months payslips required 5 will be at the old pay (28,000) and 1 will be with the new pay (29,800).

it went from 28,000 to 29,800 per annum.

How do I navigate this situation without a new contract?

You don't get a new contract with a salary increase!! Ask for a letter if you have not received one.
