Doubt regarding ILR application form

Post by dhanyav » Sun Jul 24, 2016 8:24 am

Hi,
I am planning to apply for ILR early next month(Currently on Tier 1 General Dependent visa). My husband got his ILR(5 year Tier 1 General route) last month. I am not clear about which application form to use. Requesting your kind help.

Thanks

It is form Set(O) that you use.

Then I would like to have a clarification on the SET(0) form.

Whose details needs to be filled in Section 1 and Section 2?

If I am(PBS Dependent to my husband) filling in my details in section 1, and filling in my daughters details in Section 2 , the following underlined lines gives my little confusion. Kindly clarify.

Section 2 - Dependants who are also applying
If you have a partner and/or any children under 18 who are living with you in the UK and who are applying for indefinite leave to remain as your dependants

Thanks
Dhanya.
