I applied 29th June Home office acknowledgement letter received 5th July Biometrics received 6th July Biometrics given 10th July still waiting for decision

I applied on 29th June
Fees deducted 4th July

Today received partial refund of IMM Healthcare Surcharge @ £ 200 per application for self and dependent. What does that mean is the visa approved ?

yes i am on 200 K route invested 250 K as share capital

I applied on 29th June
