THANK YOU ALL FOR THIS AMAZING FORUMS. I'M SO HAPPY MY JOURNEY IS FINALLY OVER. OVERWHELMED HAPPINESS

Finally I managed to change the council for my ceremony. New invitation letter received from home office by email yesterday and booked a private ceremony for 20 September 2016. If anyone else in same boat where home office send to different council, I will suggest you not to change council as this is a long and frustrating process. I had to send roughly 20 emails to get this sorted.
