That's great point.

What other evidences can be provided to prove it? E.g. My mother is widow and don't have any other sibling in my home country that can look after her. I'm the only one supporting her at the moment and got evidence of money transfer over a year.

Just to clarify I am justifying dependency of my parents living with me in EEA state where they are house hold members in additional transfer of money to their bank accounts to clarify this day to day needs at fulfilled,

would western union or other money transfers be accepted for this application ? or has to be bank account to bank account ?

INIS called my employer couple of days ago for verification. All went well.

I am hoping to get a decision for my mother's EU1 application soon.

I will keep you posted.

Any idea how long INIS normally takes for decision after the verification?

I wrote to the department of justice and they issued my wife with stamp4eufam approval letter one week after the due date. I would recommend others to do the same as soon as the 6 months waiting period is over.

Our Timeline:

Application made - February 2016
Decision was due - August 2016
Temp stamp4 letter - March 2016 (issued for 9 months)
Approval letter for Stamp4eufam - August 2016

Total waiting period of 6 months & 1 week.

As you can see from my previous posts, I had employment verification last week from DOJ. So hoping for a decision soon.

But I was hoping you would get a decision before me because you applied few days before me.

There is one other guy in the forum who got a decision few days ago and applied one day after me. So on a positive note, I'm sure someone one is looking into our applications.

Do keep me posted when you hear anything.

Finally got my mother's EU1 decision yesterday by post dated 3rd September, 2016 which is positive.

It has been a challenging journey and I want to thank all the forums members for thier guidance, support and contributions. I really appreciate your time and aassistance.

Here's my timeline.

Entry into Ireland: 01/11/2015 (Via UK: Family Visit Visa)
Application Type: EU1 Dependent Parent
Application Date: 30/11/2015
Application Received by INIS: 01/12/2015
Stamp 4 Issued: 19/02/2016
Stamp 4 Expired : 30/06/2016
4EUFAM Received : 07/09/2016 (letter dated 03/09/2016)

Total time 9 months and 2 days.

I wish you all the best and I hope people who are awaiting their decision (Viking23 / Hamza) get it soon.

Congrats raja brit . I did not recevie any decision yet and my application is over 10 months now . My solicitor send legal notice 2 weeks ago but they not respond anything to me . Really in stress now . Dont know why they are not giving any answer .

Hello raja brit . I contact with local td they send him reply they gona be issue the decision over next few days by registered post . They reply him about 2 weeks ago but still no reply after legal action and contact with td . Dont know why they are not reply anything simply they ignore everything .i contact again local td he said to me they are very slow few days mean few weeks but few weeks already gone .

Haha.. Why then apply for EEA Permit if you not planning to move to the UK? Just for visit?
