Hi all
is it possible to apply for tier 2 with online(Distance learning)Degree ?
Have anyone seen any refusals on this basis ?

I have sponsor and i have completed online masters degree please advice me what are the chance to get visa ?

Why do you need Degree ? as far as i know you dont need degree to claim any points. you may need just for NARIC for english requirement. hope this helps. Good Luck

FLR(O) refusal
FP application (living with an EEA national)
Considering Surinder Singh route

And now Tier 2 application. The Home Office may take the view that you are determined to remain in the UK at all costs.

Your question makes no sense whatsoever so more information is required.
That is why you're here isn't it - to solve a long-running problem.

If you wish to be a guest worker in this country then if you measure up in terms of baseline qualifications, skillset, experience & etc etc, find a sponsor, apply for their post, get past RLMT hurdle and if you make the grade (and noone else in UK or Europe can do the job) you may get it.
You will then get paid the salary for that calibre and grade of work.

So what is the point of asking about 'income requirement'?
- you don't offer the employer an income - they offer you a salary.
