Received not straightforward email. Please advise

Hi. I had visa appointment for tier 4 general on 19th Aug 2016. I had mistakenly submitted unsigned affidavit of support from my father. Well i made enquiries at ukvi faq website. And i was given a chance to send the signed one via email. On 6 september i have received an email that my application is not straightforward and it would take some time. Now the problem is that the last date of joining university is 19 September. And it would not b extended. And here in my country VACs would be closed from 12 to 14 September for eid holidays. That means i should hope that they conclude on monday so that i could get the passport on thursday or friday. But it seems that the chances are vere minimum.
What should i do?

The embassy will be open on Monday, I think so.
If you get decision on Monday then you'll get on time. Even on Thursday you'll be fine.
When did you submit the extra document?
