Tier 4 dependent visa from pakistan

Hi Guys
i need some information regarding that.
i have applied tier 4 depedent visa for my wife from pakistan. application was made online on 22nd july 2016. she attended lahore visa application centre and submitted documents on 26th july 2016. a decision has been made on 11th august. we havnt got passport and documents back yet from ukvi decision making centre till today 23rd august.
anyone got any information regarding this.

No one can tell you the decision or why you're still waiting for the documents, although there may be members who have experienced a similar delay.

However, have you checked whether the NHS surcharge has been repaid to your account? If it hasn't then the outcome appears more positive.

immigration health surcharge has not been paid back.
i enquired about status of my application on 12th august and they said decision has been made and documents will be with you in few days. its almost 11 days since decision and we havnt got any call or email from VfS Lahore for collection of passport and supporting documents.

yeah my wife went there gave them receipt for collection. that guy said wait i will bring your documents.
he went inside and came. he checked in the system and said we havnt made a call to u.wait for our call and then come.
he also said they can call us today, tomorrow or in a week.

i think might they have lost the documents

do not worry you will get a call soon

just drop email to ukvi saying that you enquired about the status of application and it says decison has been made but you havent received any collection email, they will esclate the case and you will get email soon.

yeah received documents back on 21st august with refusal.
i had submitted following documents.
marriage certificate in english orginal by government.
sponsor declaration
wedding photos
statement from her parents
whatsapp chat record ( not translated and not screenshots)


they refused visa saying that
i am not satisfied that your relationship is subsisting, that you intend to live with your sponsor throughout his stay in the uk.
the eco said that
your sponsor has been resident in uk since 2008 and it is unclear how your relationship came about. i would expect to see.
1 evidence and or explanation how your relationship came about.
2 date stamp in your sponsor's passport to show how many time he has visited you since your relationship started
3 some photograph together apart from wedding photos
4 corroborative chat record as maintaining contact.

i am going to apply again in 2 weeks now. please suggest me which documents i should provide now.

Obviously stronger evidence of your relationship and an explanation of why your husband hasn't visited you since your marriage in 2008, or proof that he has.
