Tier1 General Visa - British Citizenship for Child

Hi Friends,

I am on Tier 1 General Visa which is :
> due for ILR on 20th Nov 2016 based on that I will be eligible to
> apply for British Citizenship on 20th Nov 2017

My Daughter's dependent visa is till 15th Nov 2017 ( 5 days less than my eligibility for citizenship application)

In above case, Do my daughter also need to apply for ILR or she can apply for citizenship along with me without ILR ?

Is 28 days grace period apply for to citizenship application as well?

A minor born abroad normally needs ILR for a section 3(1) application to register as a citizen.
Such Registration is at discretion of Home Secretary.

....and there is no 28 day grace period for BC applications.
