Applying British Naturalization with ILE

Please, I need your help.
I came to the UK in April 2011 to join my father (who is a British citizen) and at the time I was granted indefinite leave to enter the UK, which had one year expire date. When I entered the UK, I applied and given a travel document (black cover) and it was valid from August 2011 to August 2016 (5 years). The travel document says at the back "Currently no time limit on the holder's stay in the UK". Also, when I was applying the travel document, I sent my original indefinite leave to enter the UK paper to the Home Office and I never got it back. And my travel document has no stamp on it to suggest that I was granted Indefinite leave to enter the UK.

My question is, can I applied British Naturalization now?
